Alibaba's Founder Is Ready To Say Goodbye To The Company

China's richest man is ready to retire at the success peek of his $460 billion company and start teaching again. 

Alibaba's chairman jack ma is leaving his company on tuesday which he announced in september last year.

on september 10 jack ma will turn 55 , and A farewell event is being held for jack ma by alibaba in the hangzhou olympic sports center to say goodbye to him,where his companier daniel zhang will officialy take over the company.

During a tech conference in may this year, alibaba's chairman had said he would become a teacher once he retired in september. at the conference he said he would leave his position on september 10 ,the company's 20th anniversary.

Jack ma currently owns $ 41.7 billion and is the 20th richest person in the world, but there was a time when his monthly income was almost none.

After graduating in 1998 , jack ma worked as an english teacher at a university in his native hangzhou, where his monthly salary was $12 .

During the conference in may , he said he decide to teachagain because he loves teaching activities.
he said that he wants to spend the money he has earned  from alibaba company  on the education and reform of education in china , instead of giving it to to banks or investors.

according to jack ma he still considers himself young and wants to spend the next 15 years of his life in the education sector.

At the conference he said , he was not proud of the fact that he founded alibaba but was proud of the company's overcoming the mistakes and challenges over the last 20 years.

He said that when you do business you should be worried about rivals, do not worry about mistakes , do not afraid of challenges, just go ahead. do not just sit and cry , because tears can't solve problems.
Earlier during an interview ,he said that he was happier when his income was low and he described his struggle as the best part of his life.

He says when you don't have much money you know how to spend your income,but when you become a billionaire,the responsibilities increases.

In simple words jack ma calls it a burden to be a billionaire , when you make billion dollars , it is not your wealth, My income is a responsibility for me it is the trust of the people.

in his various interviews he has said that when you make $1 million , you are lucky but when that money reaches to 10 million dollars you are in trouble.
